Oceania Cruises has announced a 180 day world cruise for 2019. Guests have been given the flexibility to embark the cruise either from New York, Miami or Los Angeles.

Steve Odell, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, says, “Our exciting 2019 Around the World journey offers guests an expertly crafted route spanning the four corners of the globe, touching on nearly 100 captivating destinations and dozens of UNESCO World Heritage sites. It’s truly the journey of a lifetime.”

Commenting on the departure destination, Steve says,

“The added convenience of three departures, new for 2019 brings guests greater flexibility and help simplify their travel plans.”

The Insignia is said to journey through 90 destinations in 36 countries, travelling more than 45,000 nautical miles across two oceans and 16 seas. With a capacity for 684 guests catered by 400 professionally trained staff, Insignia promises an adventure of a lifetime.

This particular Cruise line’s 180 day route for 2019 follows the sun west to the beautiful islands of Hawaii and the deep blue South Pacific and then travels down under to Australia and New Zealand.

Insignia will travel across Asia to countries like Indonesia, Japan, Myanmar, China; headed to the Holy Land of Jerusalem, and then countries across the Mediterranean before crossing the high seas to New England, Canada and Bermuda. The itinerary of this cruise features a total of fourteen overnight stays.

To enhance the journey, experts will engage in lectures on history, art and music. Insignia promises to be a sanctuary of modernity and old – world comfort.
