The Treasury Casino Art of the Palate series kicked off on Tuesday 27 February with a sold out dinner at the Lab restaurant. Each course of the night’s seasonal menu, presented by Sous Chef Anita Green, was paired with Penfolds Wines, with Penfolds Australian Ambassador Zoe Washington also introducing a tasting of their Bin 95 Grange Shiraz. The featured artist of the night was Brisbane painter Lance Boucaut, who discussed his passion for heritage style homes in inner city Brisbane.
