The Grand Marquee was an extravagant three-course sit-down luncheon housed in Blackbird’s newly opened ground floor venue. It featured a delicious and decadent menu created by executive chef Jake Nicolson, plus a four and a half hour drinks package of French Champagne, cocktails, and spirits. Guests were entertained by live music, coverage of the day’s races, fashions of the field, and charity sweepstakes to the benefit of YoungCare.
