Brookwater has won the Trifecta for Excellence in construction and building, taking home the Local, State and National categories in November.
The premier suburb of Greater Springfield took home a total of five Master Builders Excellence Awards for Construction and Building in 2018. Then the third award win was achieved in Adelaide, where they took home the 2018 Master Builders National Excellence Award for the Best Project Home.
