Treasury Casino hosted a Wine, Cheese & Bubbles evening in its heritage listed courtyard on Friday 24 November. Guests relaxed with three hours of pure indulgence, sampling artisan cheeses, gourmet nibbles, boutique wines and beer, whilst being serenaded by live jazz. The entire range of Chandon sparkling wines was be available to try, while vineyards such as Shottesbrooke, Oatley Wines, Squealing Pig, Saltram, and T’Gallant showcased pinot, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, and more. Beer aficionados were kept happy with a range of Little Creatures and Eumundi Lager to sip on. As well as a rich and varied selection of cheese on offer, there was a tempting array of canapés, dips, and antipasto at the famous buffet station.
