Located between Currumbin and Tugun, Cornerstone Stores is the dream project of a local family combining social hot spot and boutique shopping destination. Cornerstone Stones has creatively usurped the traditional layout of retail centers, with its boutiques facing inward to a courtyard at the the rear, which overlooks a feature Pandanus palm, grassy lawn and views to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Each vendor has been hand selected to ensure locals have access to a diverse range of vendors that complement one another. This aspect was part of the family’s vision to create a one stop retail destination that the local community would be proud of.

Cornerstone Stores’ main eatery, Stable Coffee and Kitchen, features a predominantly plant based menu served with Melbourne’s Seven Seeds specialty coffee. In terms of clothing and retail stores, Little Loves sells a gorgeous range of kidswear from local labels such as Sweet Child of Mine from Currumbin, Our Folk, Children of the Tribe and sweet little cots from Sacred Bundle. Right next door, Kind Curations offers womens wear with lots of international and local labels including Stone Cold FoxChristy Dawn and minimalist surf suits from Hakea Swim. For the home, there’s Falcon enamelware, ceramics by Jo Norton, Bodha incense, and more.

The Borrowed Nursery’s new space is filled with all kinds of flora alongside candles and ceramics and dainty embellishments for the home our outdoors. For wine and cheese lovers, Quince Fromagerie Cellar is your one-stop-wine-shop. Featuring a selection of biodynamic wines that would pair perfectly with any one of their French, Spanish, Italian and European cheese selections that are carefully stored in a temperature controlled walk-in cheese room.
