OzHarvest | Think.Eat.Save 2017

In response to the global issue that is food wastage, OzHarvest is hosting an event on the 24th of July to raise awareness and get the public to make changes in their lives and alleviate this problem. The beginning of the day will feature a free screening of ABC’s War on Waste. Later on, there will be cooking demonstrations by OzHarvest’s Maria Bridgman along with The Kitchens Resident Chef Sam Gowing. Guests can enjoy the showcase of eco-friendly products such as Bee Eco Wraps – an alternative to normal plastic wrap and ‘composta’ compost. Live music will flow through The Kitchens with Sean Fitzgerald (10am – 1pm) and Kris Wason (1 – 4pm).
