Heritij, a new dining and bar experience created by Michelin-starred chef Manjunath Mural, Saffron’s Sridhar Penumechu and Malt Dining’s Nick Pinn, opened at Brisbane Quarter on Monday 10 September. More than 300 guests from the corporate, entertainment and hospitality industries enjoyed specially designed spice-infused cocktails and canapes. The venue is expected to be open for lunch and dinner with a restaurant, destination bar and outdoor dining overlooking the Brisbane River across to the Southbank foreshore.
