Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane is excited to announce the release of its Hero Image for 2017. The Hero Image will feature across all of the festival’s branding this year, and it is essential that the fashion shoot represents the Festival’s spirit.

The 2017 festival is about everything fresh and forward looking, and the Hero Image, captured by official Festival Photographer Ian Golding, successfully embodies the vibe. Festival Director, Lindsay Bennett says ““This year we have taken a very strong and modern approach to the Hero Image.”

Fronting the image is the striking Lilli Tronc Robinson, of Dally’s models.

Wearing Italian Jacquard Cropped Theatre Jacket and Silk Faille Lounge Pants, Lilli glimmers in the spotlight. Her ensemble has been designed by Queensland designer, Paul Hunt, and she has been styled by Kimberly Gardner, leading Australian stylist and the festival’s styling director. Festival Hair and Makeup Partners, Schwarzkopf Professional and Napoleon Perdis, have both played their part in creating Lilli’s look. To complete her ensemble, new Festival Gold Partner, McKinney’s Jewellers, supplied bedazzling accessories.

Lilli stands in front of the Old Government House, alongside the all-new 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe, provided by the Principal Partner of the Fashion Festival.

The Old Government House’s smooth stone facade makes for a stunning background, and the warm light emanating from the windows illuminates Lilli.  Praising the Hero Image, Lindsay Bennett says “From the relaxed, evening chic outfit by Paul Hunt to the sleek, state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz, the team have put together a really eye-catching and high-fashion image.”

The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane promises that images will be posted on official social media, website, promotional brochures and postcards. On June 1, tickets go on sale via or QTIX, and the full program and participating designers will be released.
