Il Molo hosted a luxurious three-course lunch as part of its Melbourne Cup celebrations on Tuesday 6 November. Aperol spritz cocktails flowed as guests mingled and enjoyed a selection of antipasto followed by a choice of seared salmon, eye fillet or potato gnocchi before polishing off with a range of decadent desserts.  It was a relaxing and delightful atmosphere for the race that stops the nation.
