L’Hôtel Marrakech in Morocco has announced that its new, authentic Moroccan dining experiences are now open to non-residents.

L’Hôtel Marrakech prides itself on serving traditional Moroccan home cooking, dishing up a variety of meals, including tagine, grilled meats salads, and freshly made desserts.

The Dining Room is open to non-residents and guests for lunch and dinner. The space includes armchairs and banquettes, as well as tables set with Egyptian Cotton. Diners can enjoy fresh, vibrant salads as well as slow-cooked tagines traditionally prepared in earthenware pots.

. The Dining Room is equipped to facilitate optimum guest comfort during any weather. On cooler evenings, guests will warmed by a fire. On warmer evenings, a cool breeze blows through The Dining Room opens out to the hotel’s garden.

The Roof Terrace is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diners will be seated at tables set with luxurious Irish linen, under a beautiful open pergola among orange, fig and olive trees. Diners can enjoy the tastes of Moroccan teas, such as Khodanjal and mint tea while admiring views of the Atlas Mountains.

Iced drinks made from seasonal fruits such as peaches, melons and lemons are also available.

Both of  L’Hôtel Marrakech’s brand new dining options will be available for private events. The areas are suitable for 10 to 16 guests.

Marrakech’s new dining options offer the  opportunity for diners to indulge in traditionally prepared authentic Moroccan cuisine, while also enjoying seasonal locally-sourced vegetables. Non-residents should note that a booking must be made 24 hours in advance.
