Foodies and Gold Coast personalities were invited to indulge in an exclusive long lunch at The Broadbeach on Saturday 16 February. Guests were treated to a five-course degustation, showcasing menu highlights and each paired with a delicious gin cocktail specially curated by Granddad Jack’s Craft Distillery. From Seared Lamb Cutlets with Southside Gin to a unique Gin Espresso Martini with Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta, the food and drinks were flowing at the long table, overlooking the beautiful Broadbeach foreshore.
