The Maker’s Mark Carnival Ball marked the official unveiling of the ritzy glamour of Brisbane Racing Carnival 2018. Set under the stars at Eagle Farm Racecourse, it was a night of black tie opulence and extravagance like no other. All guests were treated to flowing beverages and a bespoke menu – featuring gastronomic experience stations while winning Jockey from the Melbourne Cup, Doomben 10,000 and Stradbroke Handicap, Chris Munce was the special guest for the night. The first race day of the 2018 Carnival, KIRIN Doomben 10,000 Day, is on 12 May.
