Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane will welcome Napoleon Perdis and his daughter Lianna Perdis as ambassadors for this year’s fashion festival, running Sunday 26 to Thursday 30 August.

The self-made makeup engineer will personally direct the beauty looks for each runway show throughout the festival. “I am proud to join Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane as an ambassador this year. We have been partners of the Fashion Festival since it first began, and Lianna and I can’t wait to attend and see the new-season fashion collections from Queensland designers,” Napoleon said.

Napoleon is a proud supporter of Australian fashion and is passionate about using makeup to transform outfits and empower the person wearing whoever is wearing it. Lianna will be gracing the runway for each fashion show at the Fashion Festival Brisbane this year. Having walked in New York Fashion Week and Australian Fashion Week, Lianna is excited to walk the runway in Brisbane and showcase some of Australia’s leading designers.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane Director Lindsay Bennett is delighted to welcome Napoleon and Lianna to the festival. “Napoleon Perdis has been one of the Festival’s most steadfast partners and we are so excited to host Napoleon and Lianna this year. We cannot wait to see the stunning makeup looks on the runway created by Napoleon, and to have Lianna, an internationally-recognised face, strutting the runway,” Mr Bennett said.

The fashion festival’s main venue is at QUT Gardens Point and the Old Government House and will also feature shows at St John’s Cathedral. The aim of the festival is to support the local fashion industry, by giving Queensland designers a platform where they can showcase their work.
