Guests waved 2017 goodbye in an opulent celebration at Kingsleys, sipping wine alongside a delicious meal, all the while taking in stunning waterfront views. All those who attended were treated to a glass of Moët & Chandon on arrival for an extra special New Year toast. A three-course set menu left everyone’s stomachs thanking them, with the finest oysters, charcuterie and local prawns to start, followed by a choice between 200g Eye Fillet, 350g Scotch Fillet or Western Australia Barramundi as the main. For dessert, guests’ mouths watered over Individual Cheese Plates, Caramelised Honey & Vanilla Crème Brûlée and Earl Grey Chocolate Pave. The event was a night full of cheer to enter 2018 in the best way possible.
