Paradox Coffee Roasters General Manager, Darren Langen, says that the new menu is exciting and innovative, and offers visitors a variety of locally sourced breakfast and lunch options.
“When developing our new menu, we were inspired to create simple, handcrafted food with flavour using quality seasonal produce. Our breakfast and lunch all-day menus contain fresh selections and signature dishes that feature some of the best ingredients on offer, sourced from local South East Queensland down to Northern New South Wales,” he said.
However, delicious coffee and food are not the only aspects taken into consideration; according to Mr Langen, the café is also involved in bringing the local community together.
Paradox Coffee Roasters was established two years ago and since then, it has demonstrated a passion for great quality coffee, tasty food and the community.
“Our desire with Paradox Coffee Roasters was to bring a unique coffee and food experience to Surfers Paradise. We are passionate about coffee and people and for us to be able to do what we love each day is truly the best part of Paradox Coffee Roasters,” Mr Langen said.

Paradox Coffee Roasters released its new menu at the end of last month, with plenty of variety on offer. From simple favourites with a tasty twist, such as the double bacon and egg bagel, to the new Paradox Super Bowl to kick start your day, there is something for everyone.
“A highlight is our new Grilled Cajun Chicken sandwich with a tasty siracha mayo, and our flavoursome slow braised shredded Pulled Pork Bun with crunchy cabbage, caraway pickle and apple sauce. Our dynamic team of chefs love to innovate and experiment so you can also expect to see an ever changing variety of breakfast and lunch blackboard specials,” Mr Langen said.
