Award-winning winemaker Gwyneth Olsen has come up with the perfect way to enjoy rosé wine this summer – making a Rosélly, a jelly cake made entirely out of wine. She came up with the idea when transcribing her grandmother’s old recipes, and re-discovered the beauty of jelly bundts.

Marie Antoinette would probably have loved this beautiful jelly cake made with Rosé wine – it was famously the French who started the Rosé trend, and tend to sip it in the summer. After last summer’s frosé craze, Gwyn Olsen believes a Rosélly will be the new, quirky way to enjoy the pink wine this summer.
