Nespresso has launched Ristretto Decaffeinato, a new decaffeinated addition to its range of Grand Cru coffees.

Heavily roasted and rich in flavour, Ristretto Decaffeinato has the same powerful character and contrasting taste as the Ristretto, offering coffee-lovers the ultimate beverage for late afternoon or evening enjoyment.

With an intensity of 10, Ristretto Decaffeinato is set to become Nespresso’s most intense decaffeinated coffee,

catering to those who prefer to limit their caffeine but are looking for a rich, sensory experience at any time of the day.

There are 24 Grand Crus in the permanent in-home range, each boasting a different origin, flavour and intensity to suit every taste preference. When combined with milk to create a flat white or cappuccino, they revel new subtle aromas. Its range of decaffeinated coffees are no exception, each one delivering a mirror image flavour profile of its caffeinated counterpart.

The experts at Nespresso ensure the rich, aromatic notes of the selected green coffees are carefully preserved during the decaffeination process, which respects the coffee bean’s true nature making it possible to maintain the strength and richness of their aromas.

Ristretto Decaffeinato has been given a distinguishable red ring around the capsule, so it can be easily identified from the caffeinated alternatives. The new flavour will join Kazaar, Dharkan, Ristretto, Arpeggio, Indriya from India and Roma Grand Crus in the intense range.
