Brisbane bayside oyster bar Shucks is set to pop up at The Bath House beneath Les Bubbles in Fortitude Valley from Friday 29 June.

Oyster lovers will be able to get their hands on freshly shucked natural oysters in The Bath House alongside menu items including boozy oyster shooters and oysters dressed with a champagne mignonette, truffled soy and horseradish crème fraîche with caviar. The oysters will not be the only thing seafood lovers can enjoy, with The Bath House’s selection of wine, beer and cocktails available to pair perfectly with each choice of oyster dish. The Bath House and Les Bubbles venues are embracing their rich history of debauchery and indulgence, operating as an illegal casino and brothel in the 80s.

Under new management, Les Bubbles and the Bath House offer an inner city experience which is now complemented by the taste sensations of Shucks’ selection of fresh oysters. The original oyster bar, Shucks in Manly, is just as good a space to unwind and indulge in a seaside feed as the location overlooks the marina and is a 30 minute drive from the city. The Manly location has a well-earned reputation, known for superbly fresh seafood and oysters that are shucked to order, as well as its interesting boutique wine and craft beer menu. The new Fortitude Valley location in the Bath House underneath Les Bubbles will be officially open at 4pm on Friday 29 June.
