From the creators of iPlay, part beer garden part bowling and putt-putt The Park Coomera has opened at Westfield Coomera on Friday 8 February.

Boasting eight lanes of high-tech bowling plus putt-putt, opening out to an alfresco beer garden, serving pizza by the metre from an authentic Italian woodfired oven (and a top Italian chef from The Valley), street food, a boutique bar and live music. Developed following demand for cool, family friendly venues in the Northern Gold Coast region, The Park Coomera will also focus on supporting local businesses, schools and sports clubs.

Passionate about good food and service, The Park Coomera’s Head Chef Fabio Morganti brings experience gained from around the globe. From South Africa to London and Australia all with an Italian influence, Fabio has worked with some of Australia’s most prestigious restaurants (Ortiga Brisbane, Quay Sydney and Mezzalira Canberra) to name a few. On a local level Fabio has worked with many Brisbane based restaurants in the Valley area such as Beccofino Pizzeria, Café’ Dell’ugo Italiano and Café Cirque.

South African born with Italian heritage, Fabio learned about good food produce from a young age as his father was an importer of Italian culinary products. He even held dinner parties for his friends in his teens. With a love for traditional flavours using modern techniques, Fabio is looking forward to bringing the latest street food trends along with wood fired pizza by the metre to The Park Coomera.

Open seven days a week, The Park Coomera will be situated at Westfield Coomera, Level 2 next to Goodlife Gym, adding even more value to the fantastic range of eateries and entertainment centres in the vicinity.
