As part of Tiffany’s ongoing commitment to supporting coral conservation and marine life, Tiffany & Co has introduced its new Tiffany Wave pendants in sterling silver and 18k white gold with sapphires, available exclusively in Australia, launching the range in Sydney on Thursday 25 October.

The jeweller will donate 100 per cent of profits from Tiffany Wave pendants to benefit the Great Barrier Reef, as part of Tiffany’s global partnership with the Wildlife Conservation Network, to which Tiffany & Co has committed a minimum donation of USD $4 million (approximately AUD $5.4 million at current exchange) globally by 2020.

To celebrate the launch of Tiffany Wave, Tiffany & Co hosted an In Conversation event in Sydney focusing on coral and marine conservation. The expert panel included Anisa Kamadoli Costa – Tiffany & Co Chief Sustainability Officer and Chairman and President of the Tiffany Foundation, Anna Marsden – Managing Director of the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, Keith Tuffley – CEO of NEUW Ventures SA, actress and influencer Sarah Ellen and hosted by esteemed Sunrise Presenter Natalie Barr. A special screening of the virtual reality film of Valen’s Reef was shown after the panel discussion where all guests were immersed in a 360 degree experience, taking them to the reef virtually. Key guests at the event included actress and environmentalist Isabel Lucas, Sheree Comerford, Carissa Walford along with the team from the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, Wildlife Conservation Network and Greening Australia.

The Tiffany Foundation‘s mission is to preserve the world’s most treasured landscapes and seascapes by supporting organisations dedicated to the stewardship of natural resources. For almost 20 years, Tiffany has dedicated efforts to coral conservation, and was one of the first jewellers to stop using coral more than 10 years ago. Tiffany continues its support in 2018, a year when coral is taking centre stage. This year marks the third International Year of the Reef—a global effort led by the International Coral Reef Initiative in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme as well as nearly 40 countries and many of the world’s largest ocean conservation organizations.

Tiffany Wave is now available exclusively in Australia, and will be available online from Tuesday 6 November.
