Transcendence: Live Life Beyond the Ordinary is a new docu-series by Food Matters TV (FMTV) that explores the current state of our physical, emotional and mental health over five insightful episodes.

Drawing on research and interviews by some of the world’s most recognised celebrities, doctors and thought leaders including Novak Djokovic, Libby Weaver and Wim Hof to name a few, this FMTV original series is set to challenge the way people view their health and make them question their decisions in life.

Each episode of the docu-series focuses on some of the biggest challenges faced by humans today, such as nutrition, stress and fear. The first episode delves into the gut and autoimmune conditions and how to heal them naturally through optimising nutritional habits. Novak Djokovic is presented as a prime example of this, when he explains that knowledge of nutrition helped him improve his habits and become a better player on the court.

The second episode focuses on controlling stress, fear and anxiety with simple daily habits such as breathing and mindfulness. It explores the journey of a man who cured himself of cancer by overcoming his fears and making better life choices.

This docu-series will be an interesting and thought-provoking learning experience for anyone wanting to improve their general health and wellbeing. Transcendence: Live Life Beyond the Ordinary premieres worldwide on the FMTV website on November 1.
