Award-winning restaurant Aria is this year celebrating its 10th anniversary, announcing the return of Trial Fridays.

Taking place across February to May, Aria invites guests to listen and taste the new food and wine trends from Aria’s award-winning head sommeliers and chefs. Guests can expect to enjoy a relaxed discussion with the heads of food and beverage, and sample wine from the recently awarded Australia’s Best Wine List. As for food, guests will be indulged with a five-course tasting menu from Aria’s emerging new seasonal menu.

After receiving a flood of interest Aria announced further Trial Fridays to accommodate the interest that was received with the first release. Here the chefs passion for performance and delicate touches are presented in a perfectly balanced seasonal menu, featuring only the best produce, sourced locally and internationally with an award winning wine list and served by a dedicated and talented team.
