To qualify for this inaugural TripAdvisor list, a property must have at least three-and-a-half stars and four bubbles on TripAdvisor, and offer seasonal nightly average rates that are at least 20 percent below the city average.
Trip Advisor rated Watermark Hotel & Spa at number three, with pricing at 35% less than the average Gold Coast hotel in spring, making it the only Gold Coast hotel to make the list.
Communications Director of TripAdvisor Asia Pacific, Janice Lee Fang, said they highlighted a number of outstanding properties in popular travel destinations.
Deputy Area General Manager at Watermark Hotel & Spa Gold Coast Jane Kingston, said she and her team were thrilled at their top ten listing.

The added convenience of the G:Link light rail station right at the door means Watermark Hotel & Spa Gold Coast is the gateway to other key attractions to the north and south of Surfers Paradise.
