What better way to keep our well dressed extroverts’ spirits up in isolation than to remind them of the good times and give them hope that it will not be long before life will be back to normal.

Fashion Director and Creatives Agent Liz Golding of Illuminate Management ran a competition on her social media 10 days ago which quickly grew into 200 nominations. “Our Queensland fashionistas are world class and the competition was fierce. The judges were Fashion Stylist and Influencer Debbie Miller of Fashion in My Passion, Fashion Designer Liz Clift of Liz Clift International, Women’s Network Australia CEO Janelle Bostock, Hair Stylist and Owner of Rokstar Salonz Brodie-Lee Tsiknaris and myself. We quickly understood that the men’s nominations were so strong and we created their own section of Top 5.”

The Best Dressed Winner, Judy Brine, was announced on Monday 27 April. Cynthia Morton and Chris Baker took out Best Dressed Couple, Best Dressed Man was Brendan Harris, Sarah Hickey won Boho Chic, Deborah Quinn won Avante Garde, Racewear winner was Glenfa Newick and the Red Carpet winner was Melissa Downes.

The Top 10 Winners were: First Place Judy Brine, Second Place Mary Dickinson, Third Place Louise Owen, Fourth Place Hattie Nixon, Fifth Place Ingrid Arna, Sixth Place Dale Olsson, Seventh Place Elizabeth Kingston, Eighth Place Cathie Reid, Ninth Place Deborah Quinn and Tenth Place Leanne Zimmerman.

Designer Emporium committed a $100 voucher for the winner as well as a $50 voucher for each of the top 10 Finalists.
