Calling all foodies it is time to indelibly ink the first weekend of March in your diaries because that’s the weekend Bite Markets at North Harbour will officially open as the new home to some 40 Flavour Makers, creating the northside’s biggest food adventure. After an overwhelming response to last year’s call for stallholders, Bite Markets at North Harbour can now reveal some of the amazing Flavour Makers who will be part of this year’s food revolution on Brisbane’s northside, presented in customised shipping containers, surrounded by landscaped areas in a fully fenced dining precinct. This event runs every Friday and Saturday night from 4pm to 10pm.
