Indulge in artful decadence with Maison Perrier-Jouët’s ‘Art of the Wild’ Dessert Tasting Menu, hosted by Emporium Hotel Executive Sous Chef, Alex Norman and Sommelier Antoine Heurtier. Throughout the course of the evening, Alex and Antoine will create a dialogue between the art of dessert and champagne matching as guests indulge in three hand-crafted desserts paired with three flutes of Champagne Perrier-Jouët non-vintage cuvées.
