Family owned, sustainable and simplistic, homewares label Feyre Home will launch its first range of bed linen this week.

Born from an English name meaning beautiful, Feyre (pronounced Fay-ah) Home seeks to convey beauty in simplicity, and help customers turn the basics of their everyday life into something truly memorable. Adam and Hilma Fitzgerald, the duo behind the brand, have a background in sourcing, developing and identifying textiles. Their combined 35 years of experience has culminated in Feyre Home, using their practice, knowledge and expertise to create a luxury product.

The Feyre Home philosophy surrounds sourcing and supplying only highly specialised, authentic, traceable, and sustainable textile and home furnishing products. “We spent over a year scouring the globe in search of the highest quality cotton available. When we found cotton we knew it was the best – and we can’t wait to share it with the Australian market,” Hilma said. Supima cotton is a rare staple cotton, offering a fibre which is 45 per cent stronger than regular cotton. The extra-long fibre resists pilling, breaking and tearing, and is said to provide light-weight resilience and long-lasting colour vibrancy.

Feyre Home is also committed to transparency in its supply chain; even the box the products come in is made from sustainable and fully recyclable materials. “Our products are free from harmful chemicals and we use a sustainable manufacturing process. Our certified Supima mill is OEKO-TEX and STeP by Oekotex certified, and we guarantee a totally transparent and traceable supply chain,” says Hilma. “Thanks to our background we know how much mark up and misinformation is out there, and we are proud to offer customers a product that’s been formulated without compromise on quality or cost constraints.”
