Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat has published lifestyle book and online program Wellness at Home, designed to help readers embrace new lifestyle habits to integrate the Gwinganna philosophy into everyday life.

Four areas of wellness are covered in the book, each said to provide support for a busy lifestyle. It features a collection of interviews, activities, guides, and recipes relating to wellness sourced from 18 experts in the field, as well as a foreword written by Australian preventative cardiologist Dr Ross Walker.

The online package contains video and audio sessions of classes, meditations, and seminars with unlimited access to the program for six months after purchase.

Australian owned and operated, Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat is located in the Gold Coast Hinterland, and invites guests to stay for purposes of stress release, relaxation, and learning how to live a healthier life.

They offer specific wellness programs ranging from two nights to seven nights, boasting an itinerary of activities such as meditation, scenic walks, hikes, boxing, and yoga. Organic cuisine is featured on the menu, and activities or habits that do not encourage a healthy lifestyle are avoided.

“Gwinganna is the only health retreat providing a support tool for guests when they return home,” said Gwinganna’s General Manager and Wellness Director Sharon Kolkka.

“Whilst nothing can replace the impact of spending time at our beautiful mountain retreat surrounded by Mother Nature and our supportive staff, Wellness at Home can inspire you to make lifestyle changes to find yourself eating better, moving well and feeling more energised and in control of your life”

Part of the proceeds from every purchase goes towards Wildcare Australia Inc. Readers can purchase the book here.
