Heritage listed Fortitude Valley Hotel The Osbourne welcomed Head Chef and respected flavour creator Ben King to the team at a seasonal menu launch on Thursday 28 March. A Long Table menu tasting was held in the new, lush beer garden surrounds of the recently refurbished hotel, at home on the corner of Constance and Ann Streets.
