Guests of the annual Paspaley Pearls Brisbane Racing Carnival High Tea sipped champagne and nibbled a selection of petit fours, canapes and delicate finger sandwiches beautifully displayed on tiered stands before Ladies Day on Friday 25 May. This year’s Carnival High Tea was held in the heritage listed Tote Room of Eagle Farm Racecourse. Winter trends were on show with the QueensPlaza fashion showcase, with the opportunity to brown a selection of stalls from Brisbane most-renowned milliners.
