It was announced recently at a gala event in Brisbane that the CBD restaurant and bar won the contested Pizza Restaurant category for Queensland and Northern Territory at the annual awards of the peak national industry body.
Corbett & Claude owner Tim Johnson said the restaurant was thrilled to snare this major national award, which recognised exceptional service and outstanding culinary talent.
“Corbett & Claude is not an Italian restaurant in the traditional sense – all our pizzas are quite unique and each has been designed as part of a menu we believe has something to tempt every appetite.”
