Wine, Cheese & Mimosas was held under a canopy of stars at the Treasury Hotel Courtyard on Friday 11 May with live entertainment, cheese and wine sampling and a mimosa bar. From the most prestigious vineyards of the Yarra and Barossa Valleys to the emerging boutique cellars of Mornington Peninsula and Adelaide Hills, guests sampled some of Australia’s best wine along with a stellar line-up of cheese from Victoria’s premier cheese makers and a selection of chargrilled vegetables, assorted dips, artisan breads and more.
