Queensland Cricketers Club (QC Club) has unveiled its refurbished event space, overlooking the hallowed turf of the Gabba Stadium, being named a finalist in the 2017 Clubs QLD Awards for Best Re-development under $2 million.
From weddings to corporate events and a range of special occasions including engagement parties, birthday parties, formals, reunions and more, QC Club has flexible spaces and delicious catering to ensure every type of function leaves a lasting impression. Events at QC Club take place in 1920s art-deco style surrounds, all with views of the Gabba oval – equally spectacular by day and by night. The Club’s redesign has also provided a more flexible facility, with the capacity for more than 450 people for seated events and more than 800 people for cocktail-style events.
The more intimate events are also covered, with the ability to screen off smaller, private rooms. Corporate clients will also enjoy upgraded AV technology and the ultimate flexibility for conferences and meetings. QC Club’s event spaces are topped off by extensive food and beverage packages. Function menus boast crowd-pleasing options prepared in-house, and packages as flexible as the space to cover everything from lavish dinner events to cocktail menus and refreshments for conferences and meetings.
QC Club is located five minutes from the Brisbane CBD, with a private entrance off Vulture Street. Members and non-members are welcome to host events at QC Club.
