Guests gathered poolside atop The Darling at The Star Gold Coast on March 21 to celebrate the official launch of 40 Days of Flavour, an autumn explosion of food, drink and entertainment from 22 March to 30 April. Flavour-packed canapes made from the season’s finest produce lined the live chef stations where chefs Uday Huja (Nineteen at The Star, The Star Gold Coast), Winson Law (Kiyomi, The Star Gold Coast, and Tom Mumford (Hide by Gambaro, Treasury Brisbane) gave guests a sneak preview of the season’s best flavours. Guests were also treated to Moët & Chandon and White Claw; both brands are partnering with The Star Entertainment Group on a number of vibrant events throughout the program.
