Moët Ice flowed and cucumber sandwiches took centre stage at the annual Magic Millions Hats & High Tea Party high tea at the Palazzo Versace Medusa Ballroom on Friday 11 January. Vibrant colour, sensational head pieces and French-style entertainment made the event a highlight of the Magic Millions Carnival.
