OMEGA has recently signaled the arrival of the Constellation Manhattan collection into Australia with an intimate dinner co-hosted by Lindy Rama-Ellis at the brand’s recently opened Brisbane boutique.
The elegant evening played host to the stars of Australia’s fashion industry, including Lana Wilkinson, Toni Maticevski, Rebecca Vallance, Chris Kontos, Tanja Gacic, and Paul Vasileff. Upon arrival, guests were able to experience the Constellation Manhattan collection within the latest OMEGA boutique concept, while enjoying Pommery Brut Royal Champagne and canapés. Guests were led upstairs to OMEGA’s dedicated event space, which revealed a communal dining table within a sculpturally modern space of white, gold, and illumination, perfectly highlighting the Constellation Manhattan collection.
As co-host and friend of the Brand, Lindy Rama-Ellis welcomed her peers and shared heartfelt experiences she has had as an OMEGA partner since 2015. With a table set for 18, guests were served a William Wallace designed three-course meal, including Frasier Island spanner crab with gin infused cucumber, lamb with kale and charred cucumber skin, and dark chocolate ganache with a halo of the lightest vanilla sponge.
