International Cake Show

The International Cake Show is coming to the Brisbane Showgrounds. Thousands of sugar voyeurs, edible artists, cake decorators, cakes bosses, professional pastry chefs, bakers, chocolatiers, home hobbyist decorators and food personalities from across the globe will converge to battle it out in 33 categories across the three days. The general public is invited to enter, view and take part in a full program of masterclasses, activations, 90 free demonstrations, entertainment and more.
