Four Pillars Gin is headed to the Sunshine State, joining the Noosa Food and Wine Festival for a weekend of masterclasses, parties, great food and wine from Thursday 16 to Monday 20 May. Along with gin and tonics, Four Pillars will be in the Festival Village serving up its signature Noosa cocktail, Tan Lines – a mix of Four Pillars Modern Australian Gin, coconut Le Tan, kaffir lime and citrus.
Throughout the four-day festival, Four Pillars will also be hosting a series of gin and craft spirit masterclasses, alongside a Red Snapper Brunch and teaming up with chef Paul Carmichael for a Caribbean Feast. Four Pillars’ Director of Drinks James Irvine has prepared three gin drinks, including two versions of the classic Red Snapper and a refreshing spritz, that will be accompanied by a bold brunch menu from Ryan Fitzpatrick of Ohana Kitchen.
Foodies can join the Four Pillars team for a raucous masterclass of gin goodness, hosted by Stu Gregor, one of the three founders of Four Pillars Gin. Guests will taste their way through the current Four Pillars range as Stu walks through the world of making (and drinking) gin.
Four Pillars will so be taking the celebrations to Hastings Street favourite with a gin takeover of Miss Moneypenny. There will be four one-off Four Pillars cocktails on the menu for the night, created by both the team at Miss Moneypenny and Four Pillars’ James Irvine.
