The New Farm Deli‘s pop-up picnic, held on Ekka-Wednesday August 14 in Merthyr Village, saw the community come together to support and celebrate there much-loved local deli, and to raise funds for the Children’s Hospital Foundation. Whilst the deli’s original premises in Merthyr Village are being restored after a recent fire, its permanent pop-up spaces will become the new centre of community catch-ups – with a mobile Coffee Cart located in the deli’s carpark, and a pop-up store next to Mary Ryan’s book store on Merthyr Road.
