Pineapple Palooza is all about celebrating Toombul’s iconic heritage as Queensland’s first ever commercial pineapple farm. Pineapple lovers can expect all kinds of sweet and tangy food on offer upstairs at Toombul with Brisbane’s latest and greatest restaurants offering up a range of pineapple inspired treats, including everything from Hawaiian pizzas and pineapple fried rice to fairy floss, piña coladas and signature cocktails served in pineapples.
