Are you an emerging theatre maker who is striving for a safe and supported creative process? Or a stage manager-in-training who is still developing their craft? Join La Boite and a panel of Brisbane’s best stage managers as they delve into what it takes to run a process, beyond creating the perfect prompt copy and sending out schedules. From busting myths about what a stage manager actually does, to techniques for people management, facilitating safe and diverse spaces, and anticipating the curveballs of a production, participants will learn what it takes to be the glue that sticks a group of creatives together.
