Chapter One of the 2017 Chefs in the City see Queensland based Head Chefs Ash Martin (Homage), Dan Jarrett (The Tamarind) and Chris Hagan (The Long Apron) join new recruits Minh Le (The Peak) and Jordan Clavaron (The Balfour Kitchen) for a first ever ‘Street Style’ food event at Spicers Balfour Hotel.

Pre-sale tickets are available from 22nd to 28th May for Spicers Group members, general public tickets available from May 29th and can be purchased here.
