The grand opening celebration for South Bank’s Munich Brauhaus was held on Friday 4 May. The party kicked off at 5pm with a colourful street parade of performers, including traditional slap dancers, Oompah band and acrobats, which sang and danced their way around the South Bank Parklands before concluding the performance at Munich Brauhaus. A traditional keg tap launched the evening’s Oktoberfest-themed party, including live entertainment and audience games and challenges across both levels of restaurant.
