Brisbane Barbecue Festival

Warm up this winter with a celebration of music, meat and fire at the fourth annual Brisbane BBQ Festival. Hosted by the BBQ and Beer Roadshow, grilling lovers will see barbecue food stalls, bars, markets, live music and of course, The Brisbane Barbecue Championships. The event offers a mouth-watering selection of barbecued meats from around 20 different food vendors, beside outdoor bars serving everything from cocktails to craft beers. Aficionados and first timers alike can also learn the tricks of the barbecuing and brewing trade from the best in the business at the barbecue demos throughout the day.
