This year Hamilton Reach is throwing its second annual free community event A Frenchy Affair on Sunday 21 October, from 1pm to 4pm. Set on the grassy lawns of the Northshore Riverside Park, this family event will play host to hundreds of locals featuring local tastes, tunes, free caricatures and entertainment with a distinctly French flavour and people and pooches from all walks of life are invited.
Sip French inspired cocktails at Northshore Harbour Cafe, partake in authentic French crepes by J’adore Les Crepes, explore gourmet cheeses from Le Fromage Yard , enjoy free coffee, and why not bring your dog to meet A Frenchy Affair’s official ambassador – Instagram celebrity French bulldog, Basil the French. Additionally, before the event from 11am, the first 100 visitors will be invited to enjoy free French champagne in the penthouse of Frasers Property Australia’s newly completed Riverlight apartment building and collect a goodie bag and fill it with a host of French treats such as pastries, macarons, lollies, lemonade, iced tea and a picnic rug in preparation of the day’s later celebrations.
The newly completed Riverlight apartment building offers a combination of stylish two and three bedroom apartments and limited penthouses and features resident facilities including a pool and sundeck, gym, private function room and barbecue area. The residences are a superior lifestyle choice with over 1700 square metres of landscaped gardens and spaces to explore and apartments that offer premium views of the Brisbane River, Royal Queensland Golf Club and to the Gateway Bridge and Brisbane CBD.
