The Gold Coast’s latest rooftop bar Aviary held its official VIP launch on Friday 22 and Saturday 23 June, offering an upmarket dining and entertaining experience. Nestled on the sixth floor of the Mantra at Sharks hotel surrounded by gum trees and hinterlands, the bar provides expansive views of the Gold Coast skyline, a decadent drinks menu and a lush escape.
