Burleigh Heads will welcome one of the the Gold Coast’s first bars on the beach, The Burleigh Bleach* Club, at Bleach* Festival. The bar will be open from Wednesday 17 to Sunday 28 April.

With the option to kick back on the deck or chill out on the sand visitors have the opportunity to become immersed in one of the Gold Coast’s biggest celebration of arts and culture, Bleach*.

The custom-built bar on the sand is part of the Bleach*at Burleigh precinct which is back by popular demand as a 2019 entertainment hub. Boasting uninterrupted views of the iconic Burleigh Beach, guests are invited to pull up a day bed, bar stool or patch of sand and enjoy 12 days of performances including dance, music and entertainment from the Bleach* 2019 program.

The line-up includes ARIA award-winning songstress Montaigne, Mama Kin Spender joined by the Home Of The Arts Chamber Choir, Pub Choir and the Gold Coast’s own Shock Therapy Productions with The Cleaners.

There will be plenty to drink thanks to Burleigh Brewing and Witches Falls offering house and premium wines, soft drinks and more. A local favourite The Collective Palm Beach has partnered with Bleach* to provide an impressive menu of nibbles and substantial-bites to enjoy before or after the show.

The expansive menu caters to everyone with a wide range of items from mushroom and truffle arancini, vegetable gyoza and fresh Queensland peeled prawns, to a chicken quesadilla, gnocchi bolognese and a chicken deluxe burger.
