Effervescence Champagne Festival and Xennox Diamonds hosted its Champagne, Caviar and Diamonds event at the Xennox Diamond’s Queen Street store on Thursday 14 June. Luxury lovers celebrated a few of their favourite things – sipping champagne, indulging in bites of caviar and perusing some very special diamonds. Effervescence’s own champagne doyen Amanda Reboul talked all things champagne, while Xennox diamond expert Karl Schwantes showcased a million dollar haul of the rare pink Argyle diamond. Canapes were prepared by chef Danielle Dixon matched with champagnes from Vincent Brochet, Moët and Vilmart.
