Donna Chang’s annual Melbourne Cup celebrations were a huge success. Brisbane really turned it on with a beautiful spring afternoon, with guests dressed to the nines for an unforgettable race day. Donna spoiled her guests with a decadent four-course banquet curated by Head Chef Lyndon Tyers, paired elegantly with Ruinart Brut NV. The menu boasted delicious cocktails including the Spring Carnival Punch, Moreton Bay dumplings, signature Chinese roast duck, and mango pudding.
